It's an interesting idea, but we noticed that it only lit one half of the compartment at one time, with shelves' backs and wine racks remaining dark. This is more of a convenience than an energy-saving invention.
Another feature that is cool is Smart Fresh Air, which makes use of Wi-Fi to track your habits of use over a period of three weeks and creates an a day-to-day schedule. The fridge is pre-cooled before you use it (we found this worked well in the morning while we were getting the milk bottles ready) to ensure an optimal temperature and minimize energy use.
The InstaView Door in Door also opens up a second compartment inside the fridge that is ideal for storage of food and drinks. It features a 24cm LED light strip to light up and keep everything organised. The compartment is accessible via the InstaView pane or the main door of the fridge. We did notice that it was much easier to load items in the top balcony via the Door-in-Door than from the main fridge cabinet but that's a minor quibble.

The LFXCS27596S French door refrigerator has a 33-cubic-foot capacity. The LRDCS2603S is a top-freezer with a 26 cubic-foot design. Both models feature InstaView Door in Door technology and a number of other innovations.
